STRENGTH & FITNESS CLASSES
 

UPLIFT Strength & Fitness Classes are suitable for EveryBODY. Incorporating a variety of training methods, you are guaranteed a comprehensive, functional & enjoyable session. Classes are Inclusive & Accessible to everyone & are programmed to keep you engaged & having fun. Participants are encouraged to train at a level of intensity that challenges them to learn & grow but to also listen to their bodies & make decisions to their training intensity without judgement. With a community of like-minded people around you, we will guide & support you in every step of your health & fitness journey.

​Below are some key areas we focus on in each session:

​

1. Building muscular, bone & joint strength with structured programming that allows for adaptation & progression.

2. Proprioception drills to improve balance, coordination & body awareness.

3. Core exercises for better posture & stability.

4. Warm Up before the session & stretching at the end to help regulate the nervous system & improve mobility.

​We supply all the training equipment so all you need is a water bottle, wear something you can move freely in & closed-in shoes. Classes are held in Accessible community facilities.

 

UPLIFT classes are 'drop-in' style, so your not locked-in to contracts & can pay as you go!

*Classes are run during the Victorian School Term except for Term 1. Join our mailing list for more details.

**All clients are screened prior to beginning their classes. At times this may entail a Doctors permission to participate in the classes.
